 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Be the first point of contact for clients as a friendly and responsive professional.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings across global time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and triage emails and calls to reduce administrative burden on attorneys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle client onboarding to include conflict checks, engagement letters, and database updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the billing process: prepare proformas, monitor budgets, and liaise with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, prepare expense reports, and manage vendor payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and edit documents with precision, following firm standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client meetings, video conferences, and events with seamless logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain client and matter files, assist with audits and compliance reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across departments and volunteer for overflow work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Two (2) &ndash; five (5) years in legal or professional services; large firm experience a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office, top-notch communication, and organizational finesse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mindset: Forward-thinking, proactive, and committed to excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Billing Expertise: Experience with electronic billing and budget tracking is a plus.
