Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
3+ years of professional barbering experience, with leadership or mentorship experience preferred.</li><li>
Active Texas Barber License.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Passionate about the barbering craft and creating exceptional client experiences.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
