Document and manage circuit paths across DISN using government or commercial resources, ensuring cost-effective service delivery</li><li>
 Support development and monitoring of enterprise network infrastructure (CAN, MAN, WAN) for classified and unclassified environments.</li><li>
Resolve Held in Abeyance (HIA) items and escalate mission-critical issues as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with TSP requirements and maintain accurate service order tracking and schedules.</li><li>
Validate QoS metrics and network performance for DISN and commercial connections.</li><li>
Maintain accurate service order documentation, including MCLs, CP&amp;D, and non-conforming circuit lists.</li><li>
Communicate effectively and provide technical guidance across cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Troubleshoot systems and applications; support network maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization.</li><li>
Execute EIS transition activities, including circuit analysis and coordination on TSIPs.</li><li>
Support end-to-end circuit transitions, including POC validation, timeline management, and status reporting.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance requirements and perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><b>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<div><ul><li>Minimum Active Secret Security Clearance; AND,</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent; AND,</li><li>
2+ years of military experience in a communications field or an applicable technical discipline; OR,</li><li>
2+ years in an accredited technical training program, including 1 year of experience in an applicable communication field; OR,</li><li>
2+ years of experience in a communication field or applicable technical discipline.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
