The One Cafe is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and polished Female Corporate Sales Specialist to drive our B2B business growth. In this role, you will be the face of our corporate division, responsible for building strategic partnerships, securing corporate catering contracts, hosting corporate events, and managing large-scale B2B accounts.If you have a passion for high-end hospitality, a strong corporate network, and a proven track record in sales, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Business Development: Actively prospect, pitch, and acquire new corporate clients for office catering, daily meal plans, corporate events, and premium gift hampers.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, administrative heads, and corporate event planners to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Brand Representation: Represent The One Cafe at corporate networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings with a highly professional demeanor.</li><li>Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets set by the management.</li><li>Proposal &amp; Contract Management: Prepare tailored corporate proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize service-level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with company margins.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Caf&eacute; Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate orders and events.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate demand to help refine the caf&eacute;&rsquo;s B2B sales strategy.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or business development (experience in hospitality, F&amp;B, or luxury events is highly preferred).</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</li><li>Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>Presentation &amp; Grooming: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional aesthetic suitable for corporate environments.</li><li>Network: An existing network of corporate contacts or HR professionals is a strong advantage.</li><li>Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,123.71 - AED11,305.47 per monthWork Location: In person
