About the Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a driven and people-focused Staffing Recruiter to join our team! In this dynamic role, you&rsquo;ll help connect job seekers with meaningful work, build lasting client relationships, and support the entire hiring process. You&rsquo;ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your work makes a real impact.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Source, screen, and match candidates to job openings using phone, text, email, social media, and in-person engagement.</li><li>
Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.</li><li>
Build strong candidate pipelines with creative sourcing strategies.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with company policies, background checks, and employment laws.</li><li>
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions.</li><li>
Support weekly payroll processing and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.</li><li>
Passionate about helping people succeed and supporting business growth.</li></ul>
