Build strong candidate pipelines with creative sourcing strategies.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with company policies, background checks, and employment laws.</li><li>
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions.</li><li>
Support weekly payroll processing and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.</li><li>

About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Onsite Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll work directly at one of our premier light industrial or manufacturing client sites, ensuring smooth staffing operations, supporting teammates, and building strong client relationships.
You&rsquo;ll be the key connection between our branch, the client, and the onsite workforce, helping drive performance, engagement, and safety every day.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Supervise daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to meet client production needs.</li><li>
Track time punches, maintain accurate records, and handle end-of-shift reporting.</li><li>
Build strong client relationships, proactively addressing staffing needs and resolving issues.</li><li>
Support teammates through onboarding, orientation, training, and performance feedback.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with client policies, safety rules, and all workplace regulations.</li><li>
Conduct regular safety audits and assist with investigations when needed.</li><li>
Partner with the branch team to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.</li><li>
Manage administrative tasks, from maintaining records to producing badges and reports.</li><li>
Use creative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>
1-3 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or supervisory roles.</li><li>
Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus.</li><li>
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>
Adaptability, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proficiency with G Suite and HR systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of employment laws and staffing best practices.</li></ul>
