We are hiring a skilled legal professional to assist with wills, trusts, and estate planning on a flexible, as-needed basis. Experience in asset protection is preferred but not required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.</li><li>Providing legal counsel on estate administration and probate matters.</li><li>Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active license to practice law in Texas.</li><li>5 or more years of experience in wills and estates law.</li><li>Must be located in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area.</li></ul>To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter to clients@theoraclelegalgroup.com.
