 As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential high-rise real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You&rsquo;ll work closely with design teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive success across all phases of development.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from pre-concept to handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage risk assessments and resolve project-related issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support procurement and contract negotiations in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in real estate or construction project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of delivering residential and/or commercial real estate projects in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality, RERA, and other regulatory frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
