The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a courteous attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling guests&rsquo; vehicles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval</li><li>Safely park and return guest vehicles in a timely manner</li><li>Assist guests with luggage when required</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times</li><li>Ensure proper handling and security of guest vehicles</li><li>Keep records of parked vehicles and keys</li><li>Support the Front Office and Concierge team when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid UAE driving license is mandatory</li><li>Proven experience as a Valet Driver or Driver in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations</li><li>Well-groomed and presentable appearance</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Immediate joiners are highly preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates who can join immediately may send their CV to: hr@grandplazahotel.aeJob Type: Full-time

Job Title: IT Manager (Pre-Opening)Location: Dubai, UAEProperty: Pre-Opening 4-Star HotelJoining: ImmediateWe are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to join our pre-opening team for a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full setup, management, and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring smooth operations from pre-opening to daily hotel operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the complete setup of IT infrastructure during the pre-opening phase</li><li>Manage and maintain PMS, POS, servers, network systems, and hotel software</li><li>Configure and support IDS (PMS) and ensure seamless integration with other hotel systems</li><li>Oversee Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephony, IPTV, and key card systems</li><li>Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT issues efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for installation, upgrades, and maintenance</li><li>Ensure data security, backups, and cybersecurity measures are in place</li><li>Monitor system performance and minimize downtime</li><li>Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an IT Manager in a hotel or hospitality environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of IDS PMS and other hotel management systems</li><li>Experience in hotel pre-opening IT setup is highly preferred</li><li>Strong networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment</li><li>Good leadership and communication skills Immediate joiners are highly preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates who can join immediately may send their CV to: hr@grandplazahotel.aeJob Type: Full-time
