Someone who can shoot, edit, strategize, and turn ideas into high-impact visuals that move people to act. If you&rsquo;re obsessed with storytelling, fast turnarounds, and crafting scroll-stopping creatives &mdash; you&rsquo;ll feel right at home with us.What you&rsquo;ll be doing (Core Responsibilities):<ul><li>Shoot UGC-style product and lifestyle videos (phone or camera&mdash;whatever works best for the story)</li><li>Build ad creatives optimized for Meta &amp; Google performance</li><li>Turn concepts into storyboards and clear creative briefs</li><li>Edit reels, shorts, ads, and launch-ready product videos</li><li>Write simple scripts for founders/UGC creators</li><li>Create visual assets for landing pages, campaigns, and digital ads</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and visual language across all output</li><li>Work closely with the Product &amp; Marketing team to produce performance-focused creatives</li><li>Produce 20&ndash;40 high-quality content pieces per month</li><li>Track what&rsquo;s working, iterate fast, and continuously improve creative quality</li></ul>Must-Have Skills:<ul><li>Strong video shooting &amp; editing abilities (mobile or camera)</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)</li><li>Creative storytelling + pace &amp; rhythm for short-form formats</li><li>Understanding of ad hooks, retention tactics, and consumer psychology</li><li>Fast execution with a &ldquo;figure it out and ship it&rdquo; attitude</li><li>Ability to self-manage end-to-end</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>A one-person creative powerhouse who loves building things from scratch</li><li>Curious, hands-on, experimental, and unafraid to try bold ideas</li><li>Someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment</li><li>You love glamping, outdoors, travel, architecture&mdash;or at least find it exciting</li></ul>Salary Range&#8377;40,000 &ndash; &#8377;50,000 per month (Based on experience &amp; portfolio quality)Why join us?<ul><li>Work with a young, driven team building a global outdoor hospitality brand</li><li>Freedom to create, experiment, and shape the brand creatively</li><li>A chance to build category-defining visual narratives for one-of-a-kind products</li><li>Real impact&mdash;your content will directly drive brand growth and revenue</li></ul>Apply With:<ul><li>Portfolio / Showreel</li><li>3&ndash;5 sample videos or ads you&rsquo;ve made</li></ul>If this sounds like your kind of playground, drop your work to [email/contact placeholder], and let&rsquo;s talk.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
