WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:

As our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the Development, Engagement, and Marketing Operations teams to design customer journeys, launch campaigns, and deliver actionable performance insights. This hands-on role ensures that our marketing automation ecosystem is optimized, compliant, and continuously evolving to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Journeys &amp; Automations:
<ul>
<li>Design, build, QA, schedule, and monitor Journey Builder flows and Automation Studio processes.</li>
<li>Configure audience logic, entry/re-entry rules, suppressions, frequency caps, exit criteria, and alerting/error handling.</li>
<li>Manage change control (UAT checklists, documentation, and a release calendar) for journey/automation updates.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Operations:
<ul>
<li>Translate briefs into executable campaigns; manage segmentation, personalization, testing plans, proofs, and send approvals.</li>
<li>Oversee send management across BUs, including seed lists, naming/versioning standards, and campaign calendar hygiene.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-team readiness (content, data, timing) to ensure on-time launches.</li>
</ul>
Journey &amp; Campaign Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Define KPIs/success criteria; build standardized dashboards using Data Views/SQL and automated extracts.</li>
<li>Track journey health (throughput, drop-offs, error rates) and campaign outcomes (deliverability, engagement, conversions/proxies).</li>
<li>Deliver recurring performance readouts and partner with Analytics/BI on attribution and test analysis.</li>
</ul>
This is a hybrid remote position and travel to the corporate office is required at times for team meetings. However, the successful candidate must reside in the Pape&rsquo; Group&rsquo;s area of region- the states of Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

WHAT YOU NEED:
<ul>
<li>3 plus years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).</li>
<li>Proven strength in journeys, campaigns, and reporting (including SQL on Data Views).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of AMPScript (read/modify) and familiarity with MC APIs (REST/SOAP); MC Connect experience preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM/CASL/TCPA), and list hygiene best practices.</li>
<li>Basic SSJS, scripting for automation, and experience with event/API-triggered journeys preferred.</li>
<li>Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.</li>
<li>Email Specialist certification.</li>
<li>Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.</li></ul>

Compensation: $90,000-120,000/yr (Depending on Experience)</h4>
