We are looking for a GO-GETTER and SELF-MOTIVATED Clinical Marketing Liaison who is can bring their senior healthcare experience to The Paramount!! Candidate would continue to build ties to the community, enhance relationships with hospitals, senior living facilities, local senior centers, home care agencies, and physician&rsquo;s offices. This field-based position requires a proactive, polished, upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.
Clinical Liaison Qualifications and Responsiblities:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility or sales background in a healthcare capacity</li>
<li>Experience with the understanding of insurances and sub-acute guidelines</li>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians and other members of the healthcare professional community</li>
<li>Assist and attend special events that serve community relations - some evenings and weekend required</li>
<li>Attend networking events as assigned</li>
<li>Demonstration of stellar communication (written and verbal), negotiation, event planning and public relations skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently</li>
<li>Work with Admission team to develop marketing outreach plans to promote new patients and new projects</li>
<li>Prepare Daily End of Day Report</li>
<li>Provide inhouse facility coverage on occasion as needed</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time managment and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Polished and professional appearance</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize referrals, phone calls, emails, and marketing tasks</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in marketing is a huge plus!</li>
<li>Proficient in technology including Microsoft programs</li>
<li>Medical Terminology</li>
<li>Weekend remote on-call rotation coverage required</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and reliable transporation (mileage reimbursement)</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility policies</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

CLINICAL LIAISON

<div>We are seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time (weekends and evening for approx.15 hrs/week) Respiratory Therapist RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for improving patient outcomes and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams 


Responsibilities:

1Respiratory Therapy:
<ul><li> Assess, plan and implement respiratory care plans for patients with acute or chronic respiratory conditions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, incentive spirometry and nebulization.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and assess respiratory status</li></ul>
<ul><li> Educate patients and families on respiratory equipment, treatments, and disease management</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans</li></ul>
<ul><li> Participate in rounds, care conferences and patient discharge planning meetings</li></ul>

2. Documentation and Compliance:
<ul><li> Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure adherence to infection control practices and safety protocols</li></ul> 


Qualifications/Requirements:
<ul><li> Education: Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (AND or BSN) required</li></ul>
<ul><li> Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience: Previous experience in respiratory therapy, critical care, or related areas</li></ul>
<ul><li> Skills:</li></ul>

o Proficiency in respiratory care techniques and nursing procedures

o Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making abilities
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Ability to work in high pressure situations and maintain a calm demeanor 


Compensation :$50/hour
