Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in both professional and occasional personal matters. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive &amp; Administrative Support
<ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the leadership team.
</li><li>Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
</li><li>Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
</li><li>Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
</li></ul>Project &amp; Task Coordination
<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
</li><li>Track project progress, update documentation, and follow up with team members as needed.
</li><li>Assist with event planning, meeting logistics, and other operational initiatives.
</li></ul>Financial &amp; Office Admin
<ul><li>Process reimbursements, manage expense reports, and assist with budgeting tasks.
</li><li>Assist in invoice tracking, payroll coordination, and purchase order preparation.
</li><li>Maintain well-organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
</li></ul>Office &amp; Team Support
<ul><li>Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
</li><li>Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
</li><li>Support HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews and posting job listings.
</li></ul>Personal Errands
<ul><li>Occasionally assist with personal scheduling, errands, or travel for executives.
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
</li><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
</li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
</li><li>Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Summary
The Park at 14th is seeking an experienced and professional Ma&icirc;tre d' to join our team and ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. The Ma&icirc;tre d' will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, seating guests, and overseeing the dining room to ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Guest Service:
<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.</li><li>
Manage and coordinate reservations to maximize table turnover while honoring guest preferences.</li><li>
Seat guests promptly, considering special requests and party sizes.</li><li>
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.</li></ul>
Operational Leadership:
<ul><li>Oversee the dining room to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized entrance and dining area, ensuring tables are set correctly.</li><li>
Monitor and adjust the dining flow to prevent bottlenecks and ensure guests are seated efficiently.</li></ul>
Team Management:
<ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise the host/hostess team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.</li><li>
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>
Motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional service consistently.</li></ul>
Professional Excellence:
<ul><li>Stay informed about industry trends to maintain innovative and exceptional service standards.</li><li>
Use reservation and guest management systems effectively to track guest preferences and manage operations.</li><li>

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Ability to commute or relocate to Washington, DC 20005 reliably.</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits
<ul><li>Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience).</li></ul>
Work Environment
<ul><li>Physical setting: Bar and casual dining restaurant.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<ul><li>
