 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Operations and Production Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the operations and support processes necessary to execute services in accordance with customer requirements for an assigned account. Working under general management guidance, this role provides coordination and direction to account service and operations staff and production labor to ensure that processing, safety, quality, service and billing processes are completed properly within required timeframes, and that information is correctly collected and reported to support internal business processes and customer requirements.
 
 
 
 Primary Objectives
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise staff effectively in alignment with Pasha&rsquo;s values and business and contract requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage effective, service-driven relationships with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, coordinate, drive, and manage execution of services according to customer and Pasha requirements and timeframes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively manage and review processes using a metrics-driven continuous improvement approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, quality system standards, and Pasha&rsquo;s policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete timely and accurate data reconciliation and reporting to support billing and other business processes.

 </ul>
 
 Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Schedule, monitor and supervise work assignments, productivity, and quality of assembly processes including accessory installation, final inspection, quality control, processing department interface, and direct customer communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and enforce Safety practices as standard operating behavior.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and parameters, internal quality procedures, and applicable regulations, safety requirements, and internal practices relevant to scope of work. Communicate and document requirements effectively to ensure employee and vendor awareness as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Pasha departments including Parts, Labor, Safety, Training, Client Services, and Finance to ensure seamless communication and program execution to meet customer&rsquo;s goals and expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) published in the Pasha Operating System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with the senior management team, create and improve processes to maximize quality, productivity, and revenue using LEAN Manufacturing principles within the Pasha Operating System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare for and participate in ISO and Customer audits. Conduct regular inspections to ensure audit readiness and identify process improvement opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain established quality standard and efficiency targets to daily production plan results. Post results daily, identify performance and execution deficiencies, and provide root cause analysis and action item documentation process; identify and implement counter measures for defects outside of control limit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and resolve any discrepancies within scope of control; communicate proactively to support resolution of items outside of role scope. Apply Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation processes as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct internal time studies and operational, quality, and performance reviews and provide data-driven coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective action to employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that sufficient communication procedures, staff cross-training, process documentation, and technical training is in place to allow for normal time off, turnover, and reassignment of staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain working knowledge of the provisions of current collective bargaining agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that processes and task execution conforms to technical and record keeping requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular audits, data entry, and reporting necessary to ensure data integrity within and between systems, visibility of production outcomes, and performance metrics and trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support maintenance of accurate billing by working with accounting to ensure all services performed are included in a monthly billing cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile month-end tooling needs and labor consumption of each assigned account.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties as assigned.

 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and coursework required
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred

 Licenses and Certifications

 Valid state issued driver license and acceptable driving record required
 </li>
 <li>
 Transportation Worker Identification Credential required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of relevant experience in a production environment required
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in an automotive vehicle processing environment strongly preferred
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.
 
 
 Zone 2: Starting rate $72,000; up to $85,000 for highly qualified candidates
