<p><b>Summary:</b><br>
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist who understands Amazon and other online marketplaces. You must have hands on knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, FBA, FBM, and daily marketplace operations. You will support listing management, content updates, sales analysis, and growth across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, TEMU, Shein, AliExpress, and more.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced beauty and e-commerce environment.</p>
<p><b>This is an in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY.</b><br>
<b>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p>
<div>Product Listings and Content Management<br>
<ul><li>Create and update listings in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central</li><li>Manage FBA and FBM workflows</li><li>Optimize titles, images, keywords, and descriptions</li><li>Keep catalog data accurate across all platforms</li><li>Improve search rankings and conversion using SEO best practices</li></ul></div>
<div>Marketplace Operations<br>
<ul><li>Support new product launches and promotions</li><li>Track sales performance and share clear reports</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market trends</li><li>Review inventory status and prevent listing issues</li></ul></div>
<div>Account Health<br>
<ul><li>Monitor Amazon account health and performance metrics</li><li>Resolve listing problems, alerts, and compliance issues</li><li>Review customer reviews and work with teams to improve ratings</li></ul></div>
<div>Cross Team Collaboration<br>
<ul><li>Work with marketing, design, operations, and business development</li><li>Coordinate promotions and creative updates</li><li>Partner with international teams when needed</li></ul></div>
<div>Growth and Support<br>
<ul><li>Help manage and grow marketplace accounts</li><li>Identify new opportunities to increase sales</li><li>Support expansion into new platforms including TEMU, Shein, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and others</li></ul></div>
<p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma Required. Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred.</li><li>Strong experience in e-commerce is required</li><li>Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central</li><li>Proven experience with FBA, FBM, and catalog management</li><li>Experience with marketplaces like TikTok Shop, TEMU, Shein, AliExpress, Walmart, and eBay is a plus</li><li>Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills</li><li>Good communication and writing skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Marketing knowledge is a plus, including PPC, video ads, influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, and paid media</li><li>Problem solving mindset with comfort using data</li></ul>
