From recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and culture building &mdash; this is a hands-on role that requires detail, discretion, and a people-first mindset.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all roles.</li><li>Oversee contracts, employee records, and compliance with Egyptian labour law.</li><li>Coordinate monthly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programmes.</li><li>Be the trusted go-to person for HR support and advice.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table:<ul><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in HR/People Operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and payroll practices.</li><li>Excellent organisation, communication, and time management.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic.</li><li>Trustworthy, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Startup or high-growth company background is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
