You give pets consistency, clients peace of mind and you raise the standard of what pet care should be.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build real bonds with dogs/pets and their families</li><li>Follow structured routines that create calm, happy pets</li><li>Own your schedule and managing visits with precision</li><li>Represent a brand that stands for trust and professionalism</li><li>Make someone&rsquo;s day every single day you show up</li><li>Lead energetic and safe dog walks, ensuring proper handling and adherence to individual pet needs</li><li>Provide pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medication, and offering companionship</li><li>Perform animal handling with care to ensure safety during walks, grooming, or veterinary visits</li><li>Maintain detailed records of pet behavior, health concerns, and daily activities for owner updates</li><li>Handle pet transportation safely, including heavy lifting of crates or equipment when necessary</li><li>Respond promptly to pet emergencies or behavioral issues with calmness and professionalism</li><li>Maintain communication with office staff</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior dog training experience or familiarity with canine behavior management techniques</li><li>Veterinary experience such as veterinary technician or veterinary assistant background is highly desirable</li><li>Animal handling skills gained through kennel work, pet sitting, or shelter volunteering</li><li>Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and pet grooming practices</li><li>Experience working with diverse animals including dogs, cats, backyard livestock or even equine (horses) is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and extended periods of outdoor activity</li><li>Previous experience in pet care roles that involve animal restraint, pet sitting, or kennel management</li></ul>Attributes:You are not &ldquo;just an animal lover.&rdquo; You are a high-standard, dependable professional who happens to love animals.You:<ul><li>Show up early.
