Job Title: Operations &amp; Order Coordination ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments</li><li>Handle and update order data accurately on Google Sheets</li><li>Book shipments through online portals or logistics partners such as Blue Dart and Safe Express</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners, monitor dispatches, and track shipment status online</li><li>Manage client communication professionally via email and WhatsApp (English communication is mandatory)</li><li>Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely and effective query resolution</li><li>Coordinate fabric requirements with vendors as per order specifications</li><li>Coordinate order processing and execution with the production team</li><li>Follow up with the packing team to ensure timely order readiness and dispatch</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Good follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines</li><li>Experience in operations, logistics, or order management preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;29,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
