Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an enriching and fun-filled camp experience. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children. You will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring the well-being of campers throughout their time at camp. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a desire to foster personal growth and development in a camp setting. We would love to have you!!Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and engage with campers during various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.</li><li>Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and nature exploration.</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive camp environment.</li><li>Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure that all health protocols are followed.</li><li>Foster relationships with campers by being approachable, supportive, and attentive to their needs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a cohesive team atmosphere that promotes teamwork and camaraderie.</li></ul>Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experiences:<ul><li>Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with first aid practices is beneficial.
