The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization&rsquo;s vehicle fleet operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role manages vehicle maintenance, driver coordination, regulatory compliance, fuel usage, and reporting while supporting operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations Management<ul><li>Coordinate daily fleet activities, including vehicle scheduling and dispatching</li><li>Monitor vehicle availability and utilization</li><li>Ensure vehicles are properly allocated to meet operational requirements</li></ul>Maintenance &amp; Repairs<ul><li>Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections</li><li>Coordinate repairs and service appointments</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records</li><li>Monitor vehicle downtime and implement improvement measures</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure fleet compliance with local, state, and federal regulations</li><li>Monitor driver licenses, certifications, and insurance requirements</li><li>Support driver safety programs and accident investigations</li><li>Maintain registration, permits, and inspection documentation</li></ul>Cost &amp; Fuel Management<ul><li>Track fuel consumption and expenses</li><li>Monitor fleet-related costs (maintenance, insurance, leasing, etc.)</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Prepare budget reports and expense summaries</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with service providers, leasing companies, and fuel vendors</li><li>Negotiate service agreements when applicable</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate fleet management records</li><li>Generate reports on vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs</li><li>Track KPIs such as fuel efficiency, downtime, and accident rates</li></ul>QualificationsExperience<ul><li>2+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or related field</li><li>Experience with fleet management software preferred</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Must be fluent in Hindi/Urdu.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle maintenance principles</li><li>Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must have driving license, better 2 wheeler also</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office-based with regular visits to vehicle yard or service locations</li><li>May require occasional after-hours availability for emergencies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>license (Preferred)</li></ul>
