Join a mission-driven team focused on native plant production and ecological restoration. We&rsquo;re seeking a Full-Time Driver who can do more than just drive&mdash;someone who&rsquo;s comfortable operating equipment, handling basic maintenance, and supporting field and nursery operations. 
Location: Leland, IL, 60531 | Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday 7am - 4pm | Weekends as needed with advanced notice | Overtime! 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Safely transport native plants, restoration materials, heavy equipment, and office supplies to job sites and clients</li>
<li>Operate a range of vehicles including pickup trucks, trailers, and flatbeds</li>
<li>Perform basic mechanical tasks and routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment</li>
<li>Assist with loading/unloading and securing cargo</li>
<li>Operate small machinery and tools (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators, compact loaders)</li>
<li>Maintain delivery logs and perform daily vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Support nursery or field staff with light labor as needed</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Valid Class C (non-CDL) license required; CDL Class A preferred</li>
<li>Clean driving record and experience with trailers or heavy loads</li>
<li>Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment operation</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor conditions</li>
<li>Strong communication, punctuality, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Interest in native plants or ecological work is a plus!</li>
