What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Prepping, packing, and organizing sold products for delivery and installation at client locations</li><li>Delivering and installing large interior plants, planters, custom vessels, and decorative pieces in luxury residential and commercial spaces</li><li>Reading and following installation plans, floor layouts, and design direction from the lead designer</li><li>Planting, potting, and building pieces for sale or for use on active client projects</li><li>Using general construction skills including drilling, cutting, leveling, and basic carpentry on occasion around the nursery and job site.</li><li>Safely moving heavy materials including oversized pots, stone planters, and mature trees using dollies, straps, and proper lifting techniques</li><li>Protecting client property during installation including floor coverings, wall protection, and maintaining a clean job site at all times</li><li>Performing basic plant care tasks on installation day including watering, pruning, and final styling</li><li>Loading and unloading company vehicles and maintaining an organized, clean work truck</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining the nursery, warehouse, company vehicles, and tools on a regular basis</li><li>Using company-supplied software tools to track, update, and complete jobs accurately and on time</li><li>Assisting with showroom upkeep, inventory, and prep work between installations</li><li>Communicating clearly with the lead installer and design team throughout the job</li><li>Following all safety protocols on job sites including proper lifting techniques and use of tools and equipment</li><li>Performing general labor duties as required to support the installation and operations team</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in installation, construction, landscaping, delivery, or a related hands-on trade</li><li>Comfort with general construction tools and tasks &mdash; drilling, anchoring, basic carpentry, and hardware installation</li><li>Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude</li><li>Attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, polished results</li><li>Valid California driver's license and clean driving record (required)</li><li>Experience with interior plants, horticulture, or landscaping is a plus but not required &mdash; we will train the right person</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
