Your Impact as a Central Supply/Medical Records Clerk

In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Manage Medical Records: Organize and maintain the facility&rsquo;s medical records system in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Ensure Record Accuracy: Code and quantify records from admission to discharge.</li>
<li>Support Policy Development: Assist in developing medical record policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain Accessibility: Keep a documented, organized system that is readily accessible by staff.</li>
<li>Prepare Reports: Generate reports as requested.</li>
<li>Act as Secretary: Take minutes and perform secretarial duties for designated meetings.</li>
<li>Conduct Chart Audits: Perform quarterly resident chart audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li>
<li>Oversee Supplies: Order, receive, stock, and dispense departmental supplies while maintaining an accurate inventory.</li>
</ul>
