 Responsibilities &amp; Outcomes
 
 
 
 At Plenum, teachers are expected to:

 Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards &amp; school academic plans

 Submit lesson plans on time (&ge;90%) and track student progress through fair assessments and timely feedback

 Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Graduate/Postgraduate in
 
 
 Elementary Education
 
 
 or
 
 
 any subject
 
 
 with a
 
 
 Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
 
 
 or equivalent:
 
 
 B.Ed
 
 
 preferred.

 Strong foundation in
 
 
 child-centered teaching methods
 
 
 (activity-based, play-based, experiential learning).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to teach
 
 
 multiple subjects (English, Math, EVS, basic Science)
 
 
 at foundational level.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Understanding of
 
 
 child psychology
 
 
 and developmental milestones.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Patience, empathy, and creativity in handling younger learners.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with
 
 
 phonics, reading programs, and numeracy building
 
 
 is a plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to build
 
 
 classroom routines and discipline
 
 
 suited for younger children without authoritarian methods.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong English communication (training support available)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with technology and willingness to use smart classrooms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Boarding school experience is a plus
 
 </li>
