We Are Looking For:
A dynamic UX Designer who can work with the team and can do wonders with them. The designer will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we&rsquo;d like to meet you. Ultimately, you&rsquo;ll create both functional and appealing features that address our client&rsquo;s needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Understand product specifications and user psychology</li><li>
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback</li><li>
Create personas through user research and data</li><li>
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success</li><li>
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs</li><li>
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)</li><li>
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs</li><li>
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers</li><li>
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role</li><li>
Strong portfolio of design projects</li><li>
Background in project management and research</li><li>
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture</li><li>
Proficient in design software</li><li>
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus</li><li>
Problem-solving aptitude</li><li>
Analytical mind with a business acumen</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>

 Key Responsibilities

 Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
 </li>

 Support campaign execution, influencer outreach, and brainstorming sessions for content ideas and growth initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are followed across all posts and interactions.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or a relevant field.
 </li>
 <li>
 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or job-based).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with key social media platforms and their best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completion of relevant certifications or courses (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio.
 </li>

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
