This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in a fast-paced digital environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. </li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. </li><li>Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and respond promptly to audience interactions. </li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine content strategies. </li><li>Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through data analysis with Google Analytics and web analytics tools. </li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate messaging during campaigns or events; foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets. </li><li>Perform keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability; proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication. </li><li>Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports on engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and ROI to inform future strategies.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices. </li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for reputation management and trend analysis. </li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methods, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce integration strategies. </li><li>Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences; strong storytelling skills combined with excellent proofreading abilities. </li><li>Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms; adept at analyzing ad performance data. </li><li>Strong relationship management skills; capable of building partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and internal teams. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
