Job Summary We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Strategist who brings a perfect blend of creativity and strategy to the table. If you&rsquo;re passionate about creating standout social content that performs, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!This is a hybrid remote job, requiring part of the week in the office and part of the week remote or hands-on with clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Developing social media strategies</li><li>Keeping social media content up-to-date</li><li>Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Accounts</li><li>Planning and executing campaigns, including paid advertisements</li><li>Managing content calendars</li><li>Tracking data and campaign performance metrics</li><li>Writing captivating captions</li><li>Building client reports to showcase results</li><li>Coordinating with influencers</li><li>Fostering account growth and organic engagement</li><li>Responding directly to comments and questions on social media posts</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in social media or marketing</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn</li><li>Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics</li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in planning and communication software (Rella or similar, Google Sheets, Monday) preferred</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills</li></ul>Position Type:<ul><li>This is not an entry-level position.
