Job Role: GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems SpecialistOverviewThe GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the company&rsquo;s marketing and sales automation platform within GoHighLevel. This role ensures seamless integration of workflows, funnels, campaigns, and reporting systems to support lead generation, customer nurturing, and overall business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>System Build-Out &amp; Automation</li><li>Design and implement CRM structures, pipelines, and workflows tailored to business needs.</li><li>Automate lead capture, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sequences.</li><li>Build and manage funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GHL.</li><li>Campaign &amp; Communication Management</li><li>Set up and optimize SMS, email, voicemail drops, and call tracking campaigns.</li><li>Manage reputation campaigns (Google review automation, surveys, etc.).</li><li>Implement and maintain calendar booking systems with reminders and confirmations.</li><li>Integration &amp; Optimization</li><li>Connect GHL with third-party tools (Stripe, Zoom, Zapier, etc.) to create seamless operations.</li><li>Monitor data flow and troubleshoot issues across platforms.</li><li>Continuously optimize funnels and workflows for conversion and efficiency.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting</li><li>Build dashboards to track KPIs for marketing and sales teams.</li><li>Analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments.</li><li>Provide regular performance reports to leadership.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar marketing automation platforms).</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM structure, pipeline management, and automation workflows.</li><li>Experience with digital marketing strategies (funnels, email/SMS marketing, lead nurturing).</li><li>Technical proficiency in integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks).</li><li>Creative eye for designing funnels and landing pages with a conversion-focused mindset.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing to align campaigns.</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS for customization inside GHL.</li><li>Experience training team members on using GHL tools.</li></ul>Performance Metrics (KPIs)<ul><li>Successful build and launch of automated campaigns and funnels on time.</li><li>Reduction in manual workload for sales/marketing teams.</li><li>Increase in lead conversion rates through optimized workflows.</li><li>Accuracy and reliability of reporting dashboards.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $24.28 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
