The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production, inventory, logistics, and team coordination in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations across production, packaging, and dispatch departments.</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards and timelines.</li><li>Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage.</li><li>Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.</li><li>Work closely with quality control and R&amp;D teams to maintain product quality.</li><li>Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Handle logistics coordination for timely delivery to distributors, salons, and e-commerce partners.</li><li>Prepare regular operational reports for management review.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in operations management (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG).</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain and production processes in the beauty industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,300.33 - &#8377;61,405.00 per monthWork Location: In person
