Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience, whether in a restaurant setting or a vibrant nightclub atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.</li><li>Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions.</li><li>Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.</li><li>Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including collaboration for resetting tables for new guests.</li><li>Uphold all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or the culinary field is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems to process orders efficiently is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.</li><li>Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in the restaurant and bar.</li><li>A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service is essential.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.</li></ul>Join us as we create memorable dining experiences for our guests!***Please note $5 hourly + cash and credit card tips contribution with tip out requirement***Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $5.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
