Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice.SEO and Performance Optimization: Drive organic growth through keyword research, search intent mapping, and continuous content optimization based on performance data.Content Planning and Execution: Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and multi channel distribution strategies aligned with business goals.Data and Insights: Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content initiatives with company objectives.What We Are Looking For:Experience: 6 plus years in content strategy, digital publishing, or content marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital media trends.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop high performing content teams.Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.Mindset: Strategic thinker with a data driven approach. You balance creativity with performance and know how to scale content effectively.Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
