JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYTitle: Communications ExecutiveReports to: Communications ManagerKEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in PR, marketing, or other related field</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of PR / Marketing experience or related field</li><li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills</li><li>Arabic speaking is a MUST</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Press and social media contacts are a plus</li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively</li><li>Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic</li><li>Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about the world of PR and luxury</li><li>Flexibility to travel for work as required</li></ul>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY<ul><li>Successfully handle multiple client accounts, build strong client relationships, and manage client requirements</li><li>Work closely with the Communications Manager to support client needs and deliverables</li><li>Contribute to the formation of new ideas and PR strategies for clients</li><li>Develop creative concepts and identify opportunities to enhance client visibility</li><li>Maintain strong media and influencer relations, securing editorial coverage and collaborations</li><li>Draft and distribute communications materials, including press releases, press kits, and collateral</li><li>Develop and secure media placements for client stories across relevant platforms</li><li>Support in conceptualizing and executing press events, activations, and client campaigns</li><li>Produce and present monthly press coverage reports to clients as required</li><li>Regularly attend key media and industry events to build relationships and expand media network</li><li>Proactively establish, and maintain positive relationships with press, media, and influencers</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance client strategies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
