If you have a passion for crafting exceptional event experiences and the expertise to manage projects from start to finish, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelors in event management, marketing, communications, or related field</li><li>Proven 4+ years of experience in event management of luxury brands or relevant field in UAE</li><li>Exceptional project direction and management skills, ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines independently</li><li>Knowledge of GCC markets with key insights into the luxury sector</li><li>Strong experience in creating and designing event programs, including event themes, messaging, branding, out of the box ideas and creative approaches to improving audience engagement and interaction</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>Driven, ambitious and enthusiastic about the world of luxury and events</li><li>Willing to travel, work on weekends or off hours as needed for events</li><li>Solution focused and a quick thinker</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li></ul>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY <ul><li>Conceptualization, pitching, budgeting, organization, delivery and management of events in the field of luxury brands within pre-determined budgets</li><li>Develop and produce detailed proposals for events with timelines, presentations, venues, suppliers, and documentations</li><li>Manage and work on own Events &ndash; to plan, secure, coordinate, organise and arrange all facets of events from initial brief to final activation including: establishing cost projection and managing event budgets, booking and coordinating the venue and accommodations, planning room layouts and the entertainment program, managing the events team and suppliers, guest lists and logistics on site including audio visual equipment, furniture, catering, and giveaways</li><li>Managing suppliers and overseeing all elements of events to ensure they are produced to reflect the highest standards of the client and ensuring they attract the caliber of guests aligned to the brand</li><li>Develop communications and client management plans and ensure appropriate ongoing event communications around event schedule, project and budget status, key issues and resolutions</li><li>Develop ways to reduce event costs and gain new revenue streams at events</li><li>Leads post-event wrap-up process to assess event outcomes and debrief learnings with cross- functional event teams and client boards.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with key client contacts at a strategic level to learn more about their event needs and challenges, gaining mutual trust and respect</li><li>Oversight of external contracts and management of outside agencies when appropriate for key events</li></ul>Job Type: Contract

Title: Freelance Events DesignerOffice: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, architecture or related</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Dependable, punctual and resourceful</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure</li><li>Good time management, organizational and forward planning skills</li><li>Possess a positive attitude and energetic approach to work</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury is a plus</li></ul>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY <ul><li>Responsible for creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for events</li><li>Produce complex digital files in scales from concept to finish for assigned events</li><li>Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well-organized and maintained</li><li>Designs should be developed to meet the client&rsquo;s requirement and budget and to be delivered within the deadline</li><li>Resolve issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors by interfacing with them</li><li>Coordinate with the team for a creative approach</li><li>Ensure set specifications are well understood; maintain specs for floor plan, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations</li><li>Write complete rendering specifications clearly</li><li>Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions</li><li>Ensure project status, delivery information are promptly communicated to internal teams and clients</li><li>Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and be present in event installations / set up to ensure the production outcome is aligned with the drawings submitted</li><li>To be up-to-date with the latest software, design trends, vendor products, props/design elements, and production techniques</li><li>Schedule and plan site visits to potential event venues to assess suitability and logistics</li><li>Provide on-site management and support during events, overseeing setup and troubleshooting any issues that arise.</li><li>Perform all necessary documentation; ensure consistency and accuracy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
