What would you be required to do?
1. Sales &amp; Client Servicing
<ul><li>Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end clients to understand project requirements and provide technically accurate product recommendations.</li>
<li>Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing our premium marble and stone collections.</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales cycle &ndash; from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, sample sharing, quotation, negotiation, and closure.</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless client experience from initial discussion to final project delivery.</li>
</ul>
2. Operations &amp; Technical Support
<ul><li>Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.</li>
<li>Conduct technical discussions with civil contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure product feasibility and correct application.</li>
<li>Support installation teams with on-site technical guidance and quality checks where required.</li>
<li>Monitor supply chain timelines to ensure smooth dispatches and project execution.</li>
</ul>
3. Market Research &amp; Business Growth
<ul><li>Identify upcoming luxury residential and commercial projects, especially in premium real estate and hospitality segments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (developers, consultants, project managers, and luxury interior firms).</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in natural stone applications.</li>
</ul>
4. Database &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Maintain detailed project pipelines, client interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools.</li>
<li>Categorize and track clients/projects based on value, stage, and conversion probability.</li>
<li>Provide regular sales forecasts and operational updates to management.</li>
</ul>
What are we looking for?
<ul><li>Educational Background: Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience: 5-10+ years in sales, operations, or project coordination within construction, real estate, interiors, or luxury building materials.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site execution processes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNIs, architects, and project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to balance sales targets with technical precision and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury design and execution.</li>

Job Purpose:
Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, analyze data, Develop &amp; implement Procurement strategy.
Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy &amp; Planning
<ul><li>Define procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven material acquisition</li></ul>
<ul><li>Optimize inventory management by determining bulk vs. on-demand purchasing based on project needs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and oversee procurement execution plans covering purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inspections</li></ul>
Supplier Management &amp; Negotiation
<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, and performance metrics</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and credit terms</li></ul>
<ul><li>Continuously assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality</li></ul>
Operational Procurement &amp; Coordination
<ul><li>Process purchase orders and manage the flow of goods to meet production timelines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with project priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure accurate cost calculations, invoice allocations, and order status tracking</li></ul>
Inventory &amp; Cost Control
<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking</li></ul>
<ul><li>Approve bills, track requisitions, and maintain purchasing records and reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze and review purchase comparisons for cost-effective decision-making</li></ul>
Requirements:

Key Profile: 
Procurement Executive will execute overall Procurement processes like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, Analyze data, Develop &amp; implement Procurement strategy.

<ul><li>Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Explore profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.</li><li>Prepare Block Estimate for all projects.</li><li>Prepare BOQ&rsquo;s and get necessary approvals from all stake holders.</li><li>Seek proposals as per BOQ&rsquo;s.</li><li>Compare proposals for price and specifications.</li><li>Techno Commercial Negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.</li><li>Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.</li><li>Assist in finalization of vendors.</li><li>Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers.</li><li>Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials.</li><li>Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities.</li><li>and improve procurement efficiency.</li><li>BOQ and rates standardization.</li><li>Monitor the process of all Work Orders / Purchase Orders.</li><li>Approve / Release all Work Orders / Purchase Orders through the ERP module.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to check the works happening at site is as per the BOQ. specifications.</li><li>Approve all contractors / vendors bills.</li><li>Maintain all records in the ERP system.</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Assist operations during entire the execution phase of any project.</li><li>Handle all post contract works such as amendments, finalization of new line. items, etc.</li><li>Amendment of any WO / PO.</li></ul>
<div>Skills needed: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture).</li><li>5-10 Years of experience.</li><li>Good Negotiation skills, Analytical skills &amp; Communication.</li><li>Preparation of Work Order / Purchase Order.</li><li>Documentation</li></ul></div></div>
