MAD SLICE PIZZA +BEER ServerDuties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with food preparation, such as assembling salads or desserts - Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Upsell menu items and suggest additional offerings to enhance the guest experienceRequirements: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for smooth operations - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysWe offer competitive pay rates and provide on-the-job training to ensure your success as a server.
