The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Welder who brings energy and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll be welding custom designed products for a wide range of customers, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You'll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Operating welding equipment, arc gouging equipment, oxy-fuel torches, jigs, holding fixtures, measuring instruments, personal computer (PC) and hand tools.</li>
<li>Follows specific work orders and safety procedures in the fabrication of production parts and a wide variety of sub-weldments through general arc welding (primarily &quot;MIG&quot; welding). Work is generally fixtured, but occasional hand set up is required.</li>
<li>Required to clean and or grind your own work prior to next operation.</li>
<li>Conducting visual and dimensional checks of own work.</li>
<li>Uses overhead cranes and lift trucks to move heavy materials.</li>
<li>Maintains work area, equipment, and supplies in neat, organized manner.
</li></ul>What We're Looking For:

<ul><li>One or more years of production &quot;MIG&quot; welding experience.</li>
</ul><ul><li>A High School Diploma, GED or vocational training is preferred.</li>
<li>High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.</li>
</ul>
What Sets You Apart:

<ul><li>Familiarity with weld processes and equipment (fixtures, gages, etc).</li>
<li>Blueprint reading skills.</li>
</ul>
Where and When You'll Work:

<ul><li>This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility &ndash; ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Core work hours are 6am &ndash; 2:30 pm.</li>
</ul>
What Your Total Compensation &amp; Benefits Package will look like:

Wage - $23.92 - $28.09 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Requirements:
<ul><li>A High School Diploma, GED or vocational training is preferred.</li>
<li>One or more years of production &quot;MIG&quot; welding experience is required.</li>
<li>Needs to be Raymond welding certified (in compliance with AWS standards) for all welding processes required for the job.</li>
