The RealReal is seeking a business-minded, highly analytical Associate Merchandise Manager to support the Merchandise Manager in the execution of strategies to drive omni-channel category performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about our core values of sustainability, authenticity and luxury and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. We&rsquo;re looking for a self-starter who will take an entrepreneurial approach to category management, brainstorming new and creative ways to drive category KPIs across both supply &amp; demand.<p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Get To Do Everyday
</b></h1><ul><li><p>Business Analysis: support weekly &amp; monthly reporting of omni channel metrics; develop recommendations and execute to deliver on financial plans</p></li><li><p>
Support the daily needs and priorities to drive the category forward</p></li><li><p>
Lead business strategy, assortment curation &amp; allocation for retail stores; coordination with retail teams on trainings &amp; visual merchandising</p></li><li><p>
Lead weekly promotional strategy &amp; execute on site, support curation of site content</p></li><li><p>
Quality checks site-wide for product pricing, photo standards and general copy descriptions</p></li><li><p>
Creation of educational content and product knowledge training across sales, retail &amp; merch operations</p></li><li><p>
Research and explore new trends in the industry (both primary &amp; secondary) to help develop innovative strategies</p></li><li><p>
Proactively build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships; lead and manage ad hoc initiatives across Sales, Operations, Retail, and Digital teams to drive alignment and business results</p></li></ul><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring To The Role</b></h1><p>
Minimum Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>
5+ years experience at a luxury fashion retailer or ecommerce site</p></li><li><p>
Extensive knowledge of contemporary &amp; luxury designers, current fashion trends and the competitive landscape in the Fine Jewelry Category</p></li><li><p>
Team player with a willingness to solve problems as they arise</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrate a point of view about product assortment, with a strong sense of ownership over his/her work</p></li><li><p>
Robust verbal &amp; presentation skills; strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>
Strong Excel &amp; retail math skills, MS Office, Google G Suite</p></li></ul><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000.00-$95,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate&rsquo;s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR&rsquo;s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.<p></p><p>
