The successful candidate would have the following skillsRequired<ul><li>4+ years of experience working as a administrative assistant / production coordinator in the Construction/ Metal Fabrication Industry</li><li>Advance Excel Skills</li><li>Strong Administrative Skills</li><li>Ability to Maintain Directories</li><li>Proficient in filing and record keeping - Should be able to create and access work related documents</li><li>Ability to draft and maintain minutes of meetings</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Ability to manage time and work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in MS projects</li><li>Ability to plan work and create project schedules</li><li>Bachelors degree</li></ul>Job Description<ul><li>Maintain Job Orders and Job Files with all relevant job details duly signed and acknowledge in conjunction with supervisors.</li><li>Ensure daily production requirements are planned and achieved to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Creates production schedule and priorities job orders for production optimization in coordination with the department supervisors and production manager.</li><li>Follow up as required with the purchasing department to expedite flow of material.</li><li>Prepare daily transport plan and movement.</li><li>Coordination with drivers to maintain a smooth flow of daily delivery schedule.</li><li>Responsible for checking the condition of all company vehicles related to transport.</li><li>Maintaining and updating daily / weekly / monthly reports and provide all information pertaining to daily job wise manpower cost.</li><li>Sub-contractor works follow up.</li><li>Housekeeping &amp; safety measures</li><li>Invoicing follow up.</li><li>E-mail correspondence with clients.</li><li>Job estimation on need basis</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Planing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
