Job Overview An HR &amp; Admin Executive is responsible for managing employee records, Assisting with recruitment &amp; ensuring compliance with the policies while also handling general administrative dutiesTasks and ActivitiesHR MANAGEMENT:<ul><li>Maintain accurate employee records</li><li>Guiding employees on HR Policies, procedures &amp; employment related matters</li><li>Assisting with managing employee relations</li><li>Staying updated on the HR Laws and regulations</li><li>Tracking and managing employee leave requests</li><li>Assisting with the recruitment process such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Onboarding and off boarding of new and old employees responsibilities</li></ul>OFFICE MANAGEMENT:<ul><li>Performing tasks like filing photocopying , scanning and answering calls.</li><li>Maintaining day to day office tasks such as utility, salik payments, office supplies etc.</li><li>Assisting the finance consultants in scanning and filing of vouchers, invoices etc.</li><li>Email management</li><li>Assist IT Consultants in performing IT support tasks.</li><li>Guest &amp; Visitor Management</li><li>Liaise with external consultants for website management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
