<div>Looking for flexible, project-based work that fits around your life? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ&rsquo;s and various big-box retailers during special two-week roadshows. 
This is a short-term, high-impact role where you&rsquo;ll demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales. After each show, there may be downtime between events, depending on scheduling and brand needs. Ideal for those looking for flexible, event-based work with potential for ongoing assignments. 
Here are the details:<ul><li>
Set up a designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail stores.</li><li>
Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.</li><li>
Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell the product.</li><li>
Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.</li><li>
Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.</li><li>
Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time.</li><li>
Follow all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.</li><li>
Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.</li><li>

Here&rsquo;s what you need to ROC this role:<ul><li>
High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.</li><li>
Strong communications skills, presentation skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Must have consistent access to reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.</li><li>
Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.</li><li>
Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.</li><li>
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and frequently squat, bend, and reach. Constant use of hands is required, along with the ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.</li><li>
Must have a smartphone that supports Vision App for time, data, and photo reporting along with any required apps needed to effectively sell/promote products.</li></ul>

Event Sales Specialist

<div>T-ROC is looking for an outgoing Brand Ambassador who will serve as the face and voice of Hisense at various exciting events and in-store demos and training. As a premiere authorized partner with Hisense, you will be working with some of the world&rsquo;s largest retailers to support our Hisense team. Working with home appliances and consumer electronics within National Retailers as a Hisense Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will build brand recognition, and successfully promote Hisense products. 
The Brand Ambassador will communicate and engage with customers and sales reps in meaningful ways to increase Hisense brand awareness. This role will help in a variety of capacities regarding events &ndash; set up and tear down, demoing products, training sales reps. 
Pay Range: $23 per hour - $23 per hour 
T-ROC 
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Train store associates to understand the Hisense product portfolio and be able to communicate this to customers.</li><li>
Visit stores at assigned frequency to ensure that products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained in neat, clean and working order.</li><li>
Connect with local retail partner stores, field, and district management to identify regional opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure point of purchase materials are in place and the product is properly priced.</li><li>
Achieves sales targets through training and merchandising as well as directly selling to customers at specified events</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or 3+ years retail home electronics, home appliance, or home technology experience is mandatory</li><li>
+18 years of age</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently</li><li>
Ability to use technology to record your work and time</li><li>
Must be able to travel within an assigned territory</li><li>
Reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and clean driving record required</li></ul>
