Our Core Focus</li></ul>Our Purpose:Putting People at the Center of Healthcare Solutions.The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for promoting capital medical equipment and clinical products to existing, and prospective accounts within his/her assigned territory.Travel and Schedule Requirements: This is a full-time position. The main office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM but you will be in charge of your own day-to-day schedule. Travel is primarily within the assigned territory although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers and external vendors within an established territory.</li><li>Listens to customer needs and suggests appropriate equipment/product solutions.</li><li>Seeks opportunities to increase relationships with existing accounts/facilities.</li><li>Conducts regular sales calls in person or by phone to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads.</li><li>Enters tasks, phone calls, and customer information, into CRM- TigerPaw.</li><li>Makes sales presentations and provides Clinical In-Service of equipment/products to prospective customers.</li><li>Creates and maintains all quotes and support documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.</li><li>Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of sales function within their territory.</li><li>Meets established quotas and sales goals.</li><li>Forecasts account sales and product needs; communicates related information regularly to management.</li><li>Responsible for other assignments by supervisors such as: assisting with the Sales department on developments, completing day-to-day responsibilities, documenting all necessary projects, etc.</li></ul>Education/Experience:<ul><li>A high school diploma is required.</li><li>College degree or certification preferred.</li><li>At least 2 years of Sales experience preferred.</li><li>Clinical experience preferred. (RN, LPN, PT)</li></ul>Technical Knowledge:<ul><li>Good knowledge of capital medical equipment products is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Frequently uses vehicles either owned or rented by the company.</li><li>Daily use of laptop, CRM and proprietary software.</li></ul>Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Highly motivated, self-starter.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, oral presentation skills</li><li>Able to maintain a professional appearance.</li><li>Excellent sales abilities, well-organized and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: Typical Range $60,000 - $150,000<ul><li>Base Draw</li><li>Commission</li><li>Bonuses</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Company car</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Clinical experience (Surgical - Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
