Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketing Person to lead our marketing efforts and expand our presence in the community. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a passion for improving home care services through innovative marketing solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.</li><li>Advertising thru social media is a plus</li><li>Conduct marketing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies that align with overall marketing goals.</li><li>Assist in product management tasks related to service offerings and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Monitor budgeting for advertising campaigns to maximize reach within allocated resources.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong with approaching clients in communities for home care services.</li><li>Intake referrals and establish a presense in the community.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work across teams including sales and product management.
