We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, monitor, and support our environment. The role involves System administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth integration with databases, networks, and security platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer and maintain environment, including servers, services, and configuration.</li><li>Perform System monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolve performance and slowness issues.</li><li>Conduct network diagnostics using tools such as tracert and pathping to identify connectivity problems.</li><li>Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions through Active Directory and IAM integrations.</li><li>Apply hotfixes, patches, and perform regular maintenance tasks with minimal downtime.</li><li>Support PostgreSQL database operations, including user management and access control.</li><li>Prepare documentation and provide technical support to business users and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, database, and network teams to ensure System stability and reliability.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.</li><li>Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.</li><li>Familiarity with IAM, AD, and security integrations.</li><li>Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with performance monitoring and tuning.</li><li>Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).</li><li>Ability to work in production environments with minimal downtime.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
