Immigration Attorney &ndash; Full-TimeOur established immigration law firm is seeking a Licensed Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for immigrants and their families.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in Immigration Court hearings, adjustment of status interviews, naturalization interviews, and bond hearings as needed.</li><li>Prepare and review legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex immigration matters.</li><li>Communicate with clients to provide guidance and case updates.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Admission to a U.S. State Bar (any state).</li><li>Strong interest in immigration law and client advocacy.</li><li>Prior exposure to immigration practice (through internships, clerkships, or prior work) preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary starting at $125,000/year.</li><li>Benefits package including health insurance options, retirement plan, and paid time off.</li><li>Professional development opportunities and mentorship.</li><li>Work remotely: No (in-office role).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Corona, NY 11368 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Corona, NY 11368: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
