A reputed national level furniture manufacturing firm located at Sialkot (Wazirabad Road) requires a talented person with background to fill its Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service at our outlet.Responsibilities :<ul><li>Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.</li><li>Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.</li><li>Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting.</li><li>Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales.</li><li>Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.</li><li>Collaborates with regional managers and owners to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.</li><li>Uses company software to research, analyze, and track purchases.</li><li>Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.</li><li>Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Ensure to keep professional ambiance of outlet</li><li>responsible to supervise overall performance of outlet (Sales, Team, customer relation, team training and strongly coordination with factory for smoothly delivery on time.</li></ul>Qualifications for Outlet Manager :<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, (Masters will be preferred)</li><li>5 years of relevant experience (retail/outlet management preferred)</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas with strong analytical skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office &amp; ERP</li><li>Age between 30 to 40 years</li><li>Presentable personality with professional appearance</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sialkot: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
