About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Senior Partner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks with professionalism and discretion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the Senior Partner&rsquo;s schedule, appointments, and communications</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence</li><li>Maintain case files and confidential records (both digital and physical)</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff</li><li>Handle billing, time entry, and basic bookkeeping as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
