We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and support two exciting companies:<ul><li>The RV Factory &ndash; manufacturer of Luxe luxury fifth wheels.</li><li>Utility Bodywerks &ndash; custom truck hauler upfitter and suspension installer.</li></ul>This role offers the chance to work across multiple industries, gain hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, and make a direct impact on fast-growing brands.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks.</li><li>Help organize campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.</li><li>Create and post content for websites and social media.</li><li>Write brochures, press releases, and marketing copy.</li><li>Support digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, SEO, analytics).</li><li>Capture photos and videos for marketing content.</li><li>Use CRM tools (Zoho or Salesforce) to maintain customer data.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of marketing or digital marketing experience (preferred).</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office, social media platforms, and online applications.</li><li>Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Adobe Premiere a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shiftJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
