ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:<br>
1.<br>
Monitor the performance of drivers and transportation operation to identify areas for improvement.<br>
2.<br>
Manage transportation costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining service levels.<br>
3.<br>
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation activities, including driver logs, vehicle inspection and delivery records.<br>
4.<br>
Coordinate with other departments such as retail, WTU and program to ensure smooth operation.<br>
5.<br>
Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays that may arise during delivery or pick-up process.<br>
6.<br>
Partner with HR in hiring driver positions and completion of training requirements.<br>
7.<br>
Prepare weekly work schedule in accordance with budgeted hours and ensure payroll reports are completed on time.<br>
8.<br>
Oversee training and supervision of Drivers/Material Handlers and beneficiaries assigned to the transportation department. Responsible for training and supervision of beneficiaries who are assigned as truck helpers.<br>
9.<br>
Plan and optimize route schedules based on delivery and driver schedules for efficiency.<br>
10.<br>
Maintain all DOT and driver files to align with state and federal law.<br>
11.<br>
Ensure each truck, tractor and trailer meets TSA operational and safety standards.<br>
12.<br>
Supervise the donation operations to include donation attendant training, CCC locations, donation bin placement, and donor relations. Ensures a quality donation experience for donors.<br>
13.<br>
View SmartDrive reports each morning, giving proper coaching/disciplinary action as necessary.<br>
14.<br>
Plan and conduct weekly Transportation Team meetings per ARC Policies.<br>
15.<br>
Review and approve all direct report timecards; ensure compliance with Wage and Hours requirements.<br>
16.<br>
Ensure loading and unloading equipment is safe and operable to include carts, dollies, load binders, flat carts, etc.<br>
17.<br>
Assures safety measures established and maintained by ARC policy and government regulations.<br>
18. Plays a critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes.<br>
19.<br>
Assumes responsibility of day-to-day Operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.<br>

Transportation Supervisor

</p><p>This position assists in planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of a Social Service Program and facility such as Transitional Living, Homeless Services, Child Care Services, Emergency Services, Crisis Intervention Services. Serves as lead worker to program staff; instructs and trains staff in the proper methods and procedures in performing work to ensure work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Serves as liaison to other community agencies and assists in making/receiving client referrals. Relieves the Director of Social Services of administrative detail and assumes additional responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Social Services.
</p><p>Key responsibilities:

Call Center Associate

Case Management Responsibilities (60%)
<br>Interviews applicants to determine eligibility for program enrollment based on established guidelines and
<br><b>requirements:</b> conduct needs assessment, obtains pertinent information and establish program goals for
<br>eligible clients; refers applicants to internal case management specialists, and/or other agencies if not
<br>appropriate for program.
<br>Develops client intake for clients; instructs clients in completing necessary paperwork including goals

<br>Plans, coordinates, and/or facilitates life management classes to assist clients in obtaining skills that will

Join our team as a Store Processor where you'll play a crucial role in processing and preparing donated goods for sale in our thrift stores. This position combines warehouse operations, merchandising, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs.</p>
