Coordinate &amp; Guide:</b> Oversee the smooth daily operation of the DBS team and checking processes, resolving complex queries and keeping processes accurate, efficient, and compliant.</li><li><b>
Clear Communications:</b> Explain complex legal and compliance requirements into clear, practical, and accessible guidance for non-specialist audiences</li></ul><ul><li><b>
Drive Data Quality:</b> Monitor and analyse compliance reports, identifying gaps or non-compliance, and working collaboratively with managers to implement corrective action to ensure we remain compliant, protected, and operationally excellent.</li></ul><ul><li><b>
Improve the Service:</b> Work closely with the wider team to continually improve our systems, design easy-to-use toolkits, and keep our HR intranet fresh and up to date.</li></ul><p><b>

HR Compliance and DBS Coordinator

Store Clerk & Furniture

<div><p>Assist management with store openings and closings in accordance with established procedures on a regular basis. Assist management in training store personnel. Operate and maintain a cash register; collect monies, count change, and prepare receipts; balance the cash register drawer and print routine register print-outs; prepare and deliver bank deposits. Respond to customers questions and assist customers who are donating items. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise and displays. Maintain the neatness and security of the cash register area; secure merchandise and the cash register. Clean display racks and shelves; sweep and mop floors; cleans windows, mirrors, and helps maintain overall cleanliness of store. Answer the store telephone in a tactful and courteous manner.</p><p><b>

Lead Cashier

<div><p>Performs specialized clerical and bookkeeping tasks in the processing of payment invoices; applies fundamental bookkeeping knowledge and skills to varied bookkeeping tasks such as coding, matching purchase orders to invoices, posting, and checking entries; prepares and maintains financial records in an accurate, complete, and timely manner to ensure the integrity, security, and accountability of the financial records in accordance with established Salvation Army policies, procedures, and state and federal laws; and performs other duties as required to support the accounting department.</p><p><b>

Accounts Payable Clerk

<b>This position is responsible for:</b>
</p><ul><li>Supervises and monitors the activities of inmates ensuring safety and compliance with established laws, rules and regulations. Produces reports and records of inappropriate behavior.</li><li>
Makes periodic, random rounds of the facility; records any incidents occurring on assigned shift by use of inmate incident reports or on logs. Facilitates and records headcounts to ensure inmate accountability.</li><li>
Obtains urine specimens and tests for alcohol use by inmates, using specified procedures.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Conducts pat, wand, room and vehicle searches for detection and deterrence of contraband. Documents results of searches.</li><li>
