 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Secret Society is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
 
 Sales Support Executive
 
 to support our Business Development and Sales teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, timely coordination, and strong internal support that enables our sales teams to focus on closing deals and driving growth.
 
 
 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes of high-performing sales teams and wants exposure to a fast-growing, international company.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Sales &amp; Business Development teams with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales pipeline reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications on behalf of the sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring documentation and internal handovers are completed accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth deal execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized records of clients, contracts, and sales activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide timely reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 0-1 year experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Admin, or a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting sales or business development teams is a strong advantage
 </li>
