You are not just delivering services you are setting the standard for excellence. You will lead a small team of therapists ensuring consistency across treatments while creating a calm welcoming environment for every guest. You will have the authority to maintain high standards and improve the overall guest experience.Modern Approach We combine traditional wellness techniques with modern service practices ensuring consistency efficiency and client satisfaction.Growth You will have access to continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and grow within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesService Leadership Maintain and elevate treatment standards across all services ensuring consistency and qualityEnd to End Client Care Manage the full client journey from consultation to treatment delivery and aftercare recommendationsTeam Leadership Train mentor and support junior and mid level therapists to improve performance and confidenceClient Experience Ensure every guest receives a personalized and high quality experience that encourages repeat visitsOperational Support Assist with scheduling service coordination and maintaining a smooth daily workflowWhat We Are Looking ForExperience Minimum 4 to 6 years in wellness therapy or spa services with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead roleCertifications Recognized certification in massage therapy or wellness treatmentsTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of multiple treatment techniques including massage therapies and relaxation methodsCommunication Skills Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members while maintaining professionalismMindset You are detail oriented and service driven. You know when to go the extra mile for a client and when to maintain efficiency during busy operationsPay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
