The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>
Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.</li><li>
Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.</li><li>
Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company&rsquo;s insurance standards.</li><li>
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

</li><li>This position offers an hourly base pay range of <b>($18.00)/hour</b>, with additional compensation opportunities.</li><li>
