The Shoreline Corporation is hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor position available at a residential apartment building in Monroe, MI. Under direct supervision of the Property Manager the primary responsibilities of this position will include implementing and maintaining building wide maintenance &amp; custodial functions. This person will complete work orders, unit turnovers, unit inspections, supervise a small team and coordinate vendors and secure bids for required services. This is a hands on position and the selected candidate must have supervisory experience and at least five (5) years experience in related field. Must have good customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC knowledge/skills a plus.
