</p><div><b>What you&rsquo;ll do:</b><br>
<p>Support consistent auditing practices to ensure compliance with quality standards during welding and assembly operations.</p><br>
<ul><li>
Audit production during and after welding/assembly for process validation.<br>
</li><li>
Document and report audit findings for daily quality tracking.<br>
</li><li>
Communicate quality issues to internal teams and suppliers.<br>
</li><li>
Support operator training on QA standards and procedures.<br>
</li><li>
Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
</div><div><b>What you need to be successful:</b><br>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in truck manufacturing required.<br>
</li><li>
Familiarity with quality systems and process audits preferred.<br>
</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math.<br>
</li><li>
Must complete Process Capability Training within 9 months.<br>
</li><li>
Strong communication and documentation skills.</li></ul>
